Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, establish individualized care and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to relevant parties. Complete patient evaluations, ensure quality standards, and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Located in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
