Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete patient evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and ensure accurate clinical documentation meets established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time role based in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
