Physical Therapist

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Establish care plans and ensure communication with appropriate parties, while completing comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon.
