Physical Therapist

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques while supervising assigned assistants. Ensure comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation is completed within established deadlines. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice and hold required CPR or BLS certifications.
