Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical protocols. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure comprehensive clinical documentation is completed accurately within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and state licensure, with two years of experience preferred. BLS or CPR certification is mandatory. Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, a 49-bed hospital serving the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901, offers a scenic location in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices

- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
