Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical protocols. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and state licensure, with two years of experience preferred. BLS or CPR certification is mandatory. Adventist Health Columbia Gorge has served the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
