Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical protocols. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with state licensure, two years of experience preferred, and current CPR/BLS certification. Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, a 49-bed hospital serving the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901, offers a scenic location in The Dalles with a full scope of services including home health and a birthing center.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices

- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
