Physical Therapist

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and supervise assigned assistants. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice and hold required CPR or BLS certifications. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and two years of experience. Full-time position in The Dalles, Oregon.
