Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform therapy interventions using established protocols, establish individualized care and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Complete patient evaluations to ensure quality standards, perform comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines, and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR or BLS certification. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
