Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time position in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
