Physical Therapist

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform therapy interventions using established protocols, establish individualized care and discharge plans, and ensure communication with appropriate parties. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, utilize clinical techniques to address assessment areas, and produce comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and two years of preferred experience. Adventist Health Columbia Gorge serves the Columbia River Gorge community with a 49-bed hospital and various medical offices.
