Physical Therapist

Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, establish individualized care and discharge plans, and ensure communication with relevant parties. Complete evaluations to address assessment areas requiring attention, utilizing clinical techniques to establish individualized treatment plans. Deliver comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice and hold required CPR or BLS certifications.
