Physical Therapist

Conduct treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with state licensure and two years of experience, plus CPR or BLS certification. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon.
