Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to prevent, assess, alleviate, or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Evaluate patient needs, establish treatment plans, and deliver treatments using current technology and modalities consistent with department policies. Work Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5:30pm and Friday from 7am to 4:30pm in an onsite clinic setting. Requires a licensed physical therapist, current BLS certification, and accredited degree. External candidates may qualify for a $5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus if they reside more than 50 miles away and relocate within 30 miles of Waite Park.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Prior clinical or field work experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card
- Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit
- Must accept a position that offers benefits
- Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Waite Park
- Must relocate within 30 miles of Waite Park
