Job Summary
Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients with varied diagnoses and disabilities, tailoring treatment to individual age-related needs and functional levels. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Master's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- D.P.T. - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire
- License in states wherever care is delivered
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
