Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with licensure, two years of experience preferred, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time dayshift position at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial in San Joaquin County.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- DPT degree obtained on or after January 2016
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices

- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
