Job Summary
Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while serving as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Performs evaluations, establishes individualized treatment plans and discharge plans, provides therapy interventions, and ensures timely comprehensive clinical documentation. Supervises assigned assistants. Requires DPT and active licensure in California; CPR/BLS certification; vaccination compliance per policy; and employment eligibility via E-Verify. This role is based in Lodi, CA, in an inpatient acute rehab setting with dayshift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice (California)
- CPR or BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per AH policy
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience: Preferred
