Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, supervise assigned assistants, and perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time dayshift position at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
