Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed in Acute Care rehabilitation to improve patients' independence, mobility, and quality of life through hands-on care, patient education, and prescribed movement. Works with physical therapy assistants to treat patients of all ages in a collaborative, mentor-supported environment. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with a variety of therapeutic interventions, coordinating with other disciplines, promoting self-determination and discharge goals, and advocating for patients. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in NM
- BLS required at time of hire
- Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred
