Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments across inpatient acute care units including ICUs and the emergency department; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans; educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and rehabilitation goals; document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with hospital standards; participate in mentorship, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental projects; support and mentor students or new staff in a collaborative learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligibility for Tennessee licensure
