Physical Therapist Acute Care PRN

Physical Therapist needed for Acute Care, PRN schedule. Responsibilities include evaluating and re-evaluating patients, establishing and adjusting individualized treatment plans with goal setting and frequency, documenting with measurable terminology, educating patients and caregivers, and coordinating discharge planning. Supervise PT assistants and rehab aides as required; maintain productivity and clinical efficiency; participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives; proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office tools is expected. Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) and BLS are required, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. Strong communication skills and commitment to evidence-based practice are essential. Schedule includes weekend and holiday coverage with PRN shifts in a faith-based AdventHealth facility in Wesley Chapel, FL.
