Physical Therapist - Acute Care (Part Time) - Duluth

Evaluate, treat, and implement care for patients in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association standards and Essentia Health policies. Develop individualized treatment plans, provide patient education, and manage discharge planning for a full caseload. Handle ancillary duties including documentation, billing, scheduling, and supervision of support staff. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and referring physicians to optimize clinical and financial outcomes. Coordinate durable medical equipment delivery and support smooth care transitions. Flex to other departments when schedules allow and may serve as a clinical instructor or committee member. Work six shifts per pay period with a one-weekend rotation.
