Job Summary
Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients in acute care, performing evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing reassessment and discharge planning. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Maintain clear communication, build collaborative relationships, and be accountable for performance while seeking opportunities to improve patient experience and professional growth. Requires a baccalaureate/post-baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy, Current BLS, valid Texas PT license or temporary license, and 1 year licensed PT experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
