Job Summary
Provide inpatient physical therapy services in an acute-care setting to hospitalized patients. Evaluate patient needs, establish and implement individualized treatment plans and provide treatments/services accordingly. Deliver therapies to patients on an individual and/or group basis using current techniques and modalities, while upholding patient safety. Support Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients, families, and co-workers and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. New or upcoming graduates welcome to apply!
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
- Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required. License required within 90 days from date of exam.
- Prior clinical or field work experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
