Job Summary
Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in acute care; develops individualized treatment plans; provides patient/caregiver education; discharge planning for a full patient caseload; collaborates with multidisciplinary team; coordinates with referring physicians; manages documentation, billing, scheduling, and other administrative duties; three weekday shifts 8:00am-4:30pm with weekend/holiday rotation; current state license; optional clinical instruction and leadership opportunities; position at Essentia Health Cass County, ND; FTE 0.6; compensation $38.22-$57.33/hour (annualized to $79,498-$119,246)
Required Qualifications
- Current license in the state performing services
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an approved program
- Shift: three weekday shifts 8:00am-4:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
- Inpatient Acute Care setting
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary team
- Documentation, billing, and scheduling duties
- Leadership opportunities and PSLF eligibility
- FTE: 0.6: flexible scheduling
- Involvement in education/clinical instruction
