Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Deliver clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions while following the full continuum of care across inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Work within a non-profit senior living community offering specialized on-site training during paid hours, some sessions eligible for CEUs, and a culture that encourages input into programming and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)
