Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed to support infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) through the Babies Can’t Wait early intervention program. Responsibilities include conducting developmental evaluations, developing IFSP-based treatment plans, delivering family-centered therapy in home and community settings, educating caregivers on techniques, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (OT, SLP, Service Coordinators), and maintaining timely documentation in line with state guidelines. Must hold an active Physical Therapist license, have a degree from an accredited PT program, and be able to work independently with a flexible schedule and reliable transportation. Located in Decatur, GA with in-person service delivery.
Required Qualifications
