Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a curriculum in Physical Therapy accredited/approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent
- Current licensed by the state of Texas to practice as a Physical Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- Two years appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist
- One year experience in a home health setting preferred
