Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their homes as part of FOX's Geriatric House Calls program. Facilitate clinically excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes and abolishing ageism. Maintain flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule while driving rewarding patient outcomes. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN/PPU options with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. New graduates receive access to the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, unlimited continuing education, and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
