Job Summary
As a Registered Physical Therapist at Upstate Caring Partners, you will provide expert evaluation and therapy services while developing personalized treatment goals for individuals. Key responsibilities include implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and quality of life, educating clients and families about therapy methods, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to align with Individual Program Plans. Accurate documentation and participation in departmental operations and agency-wide initiatives are also essential. A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and current NYS license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current NYS Physical Therapy Registration/Licensure
- A valid NYS Driver's License and ability to travel between sites
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
