Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. This role supports FOX's mission as a pioneer of Geriatric House Calls, offering clinical and non-clinical career growth alongside unlimited continuing education access. Full-time positions include a base salary of $70,000 - $110,000 annually in Queens, while PRN and Flex roles are paid per unit. New graduates may join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
