Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Drive rewarding patient outcomes through an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Create and control your treatment schedule with flexibility to shape your work-life balance. Full-time, part-time, PRN, and flex positions are available with a salary or PPU compensation model. Valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
