Job Summary
Physical Therapist position in Leominster, MA, full-time, 40 hours/week, daytime schedule (M-F with every-other weekend rotating). Responsible for administering therapy evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans across diverse patient populations (infants to geriatrics), performing therapeutic exercises, ROM and manual therapy, wound care, education of patients and families, discharge planning collaboration, documentation and billing, supervision of assistants and students, participation in quality improvement, and adherence to privacy and safety regulations. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, MA license, and successful NPTBE exam; offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive starting range composed of hourly-based compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Successful completion of National Physical Therapy Board Examination
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
