Physical Therapist 40 hour

Organize and conduct physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. Direct client participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for promoting independence and productivity. Direct activities to promote and maintain health. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient dignity and choice, collaborating with the patient care delivery team. Design and fit adaptive devices, including orthotics and prosthetics, and supervise the rehabilitation team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Provide evidence-based treatment, document care and education in the EMR, and participate in quality improvement. Rotate to meet staffing needs within HSL Therapy Programs. Ensure compassionate, high-quality service in a healing environment, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
