Organize and conduct physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation, directly supervising supportive personnel and customizing treatment plans for individual client needs. Administer diagnostic testing, establish care goals, and implement evidence-based methods while selecting appropriate physical agent modalities. Evaluate client progress, instruct patients in adaptive device usage, and provide precise documentation of all services. Consult with the rehabilitation team to ensure optimal outcomes and actively contribute to staffing conferences and quality improvement initiatives. Rotate flexibly according to staffing needs in HSL Therapy Programs.
