Job Summary
Physical Therapist providing in-home PT services within a designated territory under supervision of a Clinical Manager. Works 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, serving patients in their homes with a focus on patient and family needs. Requires MA PT license in good standing, willingness to drive, and at least 1 year of PT experience (home health experience preferred). Extensive orientation is provided; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Must be willing to drive within a territory
- Minimum 1 year physical therapy experience (home health preferred)
- Home Health orientation program provided
