Job Summary
Identify and meet patients' goals and needs while developing care plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery by creating fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to specific patient requirements. Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care to promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Evaluate treatment effects, monitor progress, and communicate updates to other health professionals. Document all patient care services accurately. Work collaboratively with a supportive team of therapists and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient function.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the State of MA
- Physical Therapy License
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Valid license to practice physical therapy
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
