Job Summary
Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation; develops individualized treatment plans; documents evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing; educates patients and families on treatment plans and post-treatment care; collaborates with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams; maintains safety and infection control; requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), PT license in the state of employment, and BCLS within 30 days of hire; 0-2 years of experience; full-time outpatient clinic in Roswell, NM.
