Job Summary
Evaluates, plans and performs physical therapy to alleviate movement dysfunction using manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities; develops treatment plans; educates patients and families; collaborates with physicians and care teams; participates in discharge planning and departmental quality initiatives; delegates caseload to therapist assistants and supervises students; maintains documentation and billing; and contributes to program development in an acute-care setting. Requires MA PT license, completion of ABPTS Exam, and EPIC experience preferred; 24 hours per week with a day shift on weekdays and a weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from accredited PT program
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Successful completion of National Physical Therapy Board Examination
