Job Summary
Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients as Physical Therapist 2; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning. Communicate clearly, build relationships to promote collaboration, be accountable for performance, seek ways to improve the patient experience, take initiative for professional growth, and engage to build a winning team. Requires degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, current BLS, and a valid Texas license (or temporary) with at least 2 years of licensed PT experience. Location: Palmer, NE; hospital setting with acute care services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 2 years Licensed PT
