Physical Therapist - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Conduct physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Deliver clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions while following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. No mandated group treatment; utilize state-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment within a slower-paced community environment. Participate in specialized on-site training during paid work hours, some sessions eligible for CEUs. Provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing under a positive leadership philosophy.
