Job Summary
Acute-care physical therapy role providing evaluations and plans of care for diverse patient populations in a hospital setting. Deliver mobility, gait, and functional training; support early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning; educate patients and families on treatment and safety; maintain accurate clinical documentation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
