Job Summary
Provide acute care physical therapy evaluations and plans of care to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge in a fast-paced hospital setting; deliver mobility, gait, and functional training; support early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning; educate patients and families on treatment and safety; maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation; new graduates are encouraged to apply with structured onboarding and mentorship; focus includes lymphedema care and work in conjunction with Cancer Center. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $15,000 and is full-time, non-exempt.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current state Physical Therapy license.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
