Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting by reviewing medical history, diagnosing through observation and listening, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed to support clinical outcomes. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and $80K–$105K compensation with training, mentorship, and AI documentation support within Pappas OPT's coastal team in Tiverton, Rhode Island.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island
