Job Summary
Review patients' medical history, diagnose conditions by observing movements and listening to concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed to track clinical outcomes. This outpatient role features a $15,000 sign-on bonus and includes access to AI documentation support and structured mentorship within the Confluent Health Family. Rhode Island licensure is required.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island
