Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care to restore function and improve mobility for acute care patients. Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training to support early patient progression during hospitalization. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning while educating patients and families on treatment and safety. Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. New graduates are encouraged to apply with structured onboarding and mentorship to support a successful transition into acute care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
