Physical Therapist ($15k Sign-On Bonus)

Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care to restore function and improve mobility for acute care patients. Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training while supporting early patient progression during hospitalization. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning and educate patients and families on treatment and safety. Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
