Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting by reviewing medical history, diagnosing through observation, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed to support clinical outcomes. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $80,000–$105K. Located in Tiverton, RI, you will join a multidisciplinary team at Pappas OPT, a member of the Confluent Health Family, supported by AI documentation tools and structured mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island
