Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting by reviewing medical history, diagnosing through observation, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed to support clinical outcomes.
