Job Summary
Review patients' medical history, diagnose conditions by observing movements and listening to concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed to track clinical outcomes. This outpatient role in Tiverton, RI, supports a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Required Qualifications
